Italian knowhow wins the global challenge

Excellent results for Valmatic at Interpack, the ideal showcase for the launch of V75, the newest solution developed in-house for monodose packaging of liquids and creams: Unparalleled flexibility for heterogeneous sectors.

Graziana Tassinari, the marketing manager of Valmatic, first and foremost expresses satisfaction for the success of the Dusseldorf kermesse: «Interpack is our main international fair, and this year’s edition has gone very well: compared to 2014, we have seen an increase in contacts, both quantitatively and qualitatively».
Particularly significant is the interest generated by the V75, a monodose liquid and cream packaging machine - capable of generating a wide range of formats, from 1 to 150 ml.
«It is a packaging machine that we are very focused on - explains Tassinari - because it has characteristics that meet the needs of different sectors, from food to cosmetics. A practical confirmation of the value of our project? We sold the machine on show at the fair to an important reality in the Asian area, which fully represents the V75-type user: a company with a diversified production that requires extreme flexibility and ease in format chances without sacrificing reliability and robustness: parameters these, which distinguish the entire range of Valmatic machines».
From Italy to the world: how to cross borders

True to their historical core business (production of monodose thermoforming lines and for contract filling of chemical, cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products), Valmatic has grown considerably in recent years. It has in fact been able to reinvent itself, diversifying its offer to respond readily to the needs of the global market, increasingly geared towards adopting disposable solutions and mindful of innovation in materials and processes.
With an all-Italian technology tradition, and a know-how developed within the Emilia Romagna district of mechanics, the company based in San Prospero (Modena) has built up a striking international reputation, following different strategies according to the area in question. It has its own factories in Turkey, Mexico and Brazil, where it fills medicines and cosmetics on contract, but it also counts on sales offices - as for example in Japan - from which it covers extensive territories.
The active participation in numerous international trade fair events (in 2017 Cosmopack, Interpack, FCE, Japan Pack, Andina Pack ...) is merely a valid compendium of Valmatic’s values, which since 1980 has allowed itself to be appreciated for its skills and reliability, as well as for the qualities of transparency and honesty.
